The Certificate in Public Sector Delivery offers a high quality professional training programme for people working in the civil service and the public sector.
The programme is divided into six primary modules and three elective modules, which each trainee can select from a group of seven possible choices.
Each module covers a new set of skills within the context of a developing policy, providing trainees with invaluable professional development for use in their individual government departments and public sector organisations.
The trainees themselves will have the power to shape, develop and influence the policy as it evolves, working their way through from conception to completion, learning to work with a range of procedural tools.
When the course is completed, the modules will have built into a comprehensive project management procedural process. The trainees will have seen a specific project through from beginning to end and the skills which they have learnt will be directly transferable across departments and readily applicable to a broad range of real life projects.
